The Panorama Bench is a very special resting spot along the Eckkamm Via Ferrata, combining the joy of climbing with the beauty of nature. The tour begins on a forest trail that gently leads toward the Alpengasthof am Feuerstein. From there, the path continues to the starting point of the via ferrata, where the adventure truly begins.
About three-quarters of the way through the route, the Panorama Bench invites climbers to take a break. Here, you can take a deep breath, let your gaze wander across the stunning mountain landscape, and recharge for the final stretch.
At the end of the via ferrata, you enter a shady forest above the Alpengasthof, which offers a welcoming atmosphere and delicious Tyrolean specialties – perfect for a well-earned stop. Afterward, the enchanting Sagenweg (Legend Trail) provides a relaxing return route to the starting point, offering the perfect opportunity to reflect on the day’s adventures.
