The Hohe Mut vantage mountain on the southern edge of the ski area boasts splendid 360° views of glaciers and 21 peaks higher than three thousand meters. Cozy Hohe Mut Alm welcomes hungry winter sports enthusiasts right next to the top station of Hohe Mut II mountain gondola. Solid wooden furniture in traditional Alpine style fills the lounges with warm hospitality. Large panoramic windows offer picture-book views and the comfy terrace serves as a cozy lounge and sunny box seat to the natural spectacle. Hut evening

Every Wednesday from mid-December onwards, the skiing day of Obergurgl-Hochgurgl sounds best at the Hohe Mut Alm hut evening. Uphill ride (for free) at 6.30 pm on the state-of-the-art 8-person gondola lift - you can easily reach the mountain station in only 9 minutes from Obergurgl's center. Spicy mulled wine from the copper kettle warms your fingers before the attentive service team serves a gourmet fondue incl. fillets, prawns and many other delicacies. (downhill ride from 10.30 pm).

Wedding Ceremony at Hohe Mut Alm

"Yes, I do": More and more couples pronounce the three magic words at the heart of Obergurgl's winter wonderland. Scenic Hohe Mut Alm at 2670 m altitude has become a truly popular wedding location, fulfilling all wishes for the most beautiful day in life. The bride and groom float up to the civil wedding in a festively decorated wedding gondola cabin: the sun terrace and the exclusive lounges on the mountain can accommodate up to 230 guests. The hosts also gladly take care of the festive menu, decoration, music and photographers. The only thing you have to do is to say yes!
