Baroque-style church built in 1665, renewed in 1719. Redesigned in Gothic style in the course of the 19th century. Artistic western steeple dating back to 1884, wonderful lancet windows. The facade features three Rococo frescoes (weather makers, good shepherd). Inside the church you find a barrel vault and relatively modest decorations dating back to the 19th and 20th centuries. Funerary chapel with barrel vault and wonderful image of the Virgin Mary.

Scenic "Horlachbach" brook rushes down from Niederthai into the valley from a height of 159 meters. The several meter-high area filled with water crystals can be seen from far.
