Scenic Giggijoch hosted the most famous electronic party festival under a deep blue sky and superb sunshine. "Solden!" was the undisputed battle cry of the French-speaking stars Klingande and Martin Solveig - besides David Guetta France's current figureheads of the international scene. Heavy DJ sessions were scheduled in a row on the high Alpine open-air stage. Klingande had a supporting live saxophone player for the chart hit "Jubel". Another outstanding performance by Chuckie, Netherlands' hottest star on the turntables. And he was just one of the twelve superb stars who attracted 12,000 visitors from April 02 to 04.
The huge party community was simply mesmerized by the marvelous events held on three days in a row. Dancing in ski boots, hitting the pristine slopes, and enjoying again the hot rhythms of the Electric Mountain Festival. A truly perfect blend of winter sports and fine music event. What's best, the Ötztal weather remained fantastic on all three days - even at high Alpine altitudes of about 2300 meters. Spring was in the air and the mood was unique. All in all "Trés chic!" club icon Martin Solveig stated. The French guy couldn't wait to perform in Sölden in front of his dearest fans: thanks to the Austrian crowds he received his first Platinum award in Europe. A highly energetic set signed the end of the 2014 EMF, featuring also a vocal number of his smash hit "Hello". And one thing is for sure: this DJ has a really excellent voice! Besides his hip videos, Solveig promised also unlimited party fun. In addition to his own hits he performed renowned pieces of Pharrell Williams or Avicii. For his fans it was simply "awesome".
