The positive effect is scientifically proven, especially close to the water dust you are on the ion platform.A new designed hiking trail and stair construction allows you to experience the Stuibenfall at close range. Hikers and mountaineers pass the viewing platforms and the roaring waters via approx. 700 steps and an exposed 80 meter long suspension bridge leading to Niederthai - the origin of the waterfall.What's more, the wonderful Alpine flora in the falls' surroundings is a highlight not to be missed. And with a bit of luck, on sunny days you also have the chance to admire the most colorful rainbows.The Stuiben Falls are floodlight every Wednesday throughout the year. Covering a total area of 5000 m², the park can be found in the foothills of Stuibenfall, Tirol's biggest waterfall, and close to the Ötzi Village. 30 animals and 15 bird of prey species can be admired - among them vultures, eagles, kites, owls, buzzards and falcons. The spectacular bird shows take place in the huge open-air arena with 300 seats. A special theme walking trail on the history of falconry and a falconry shop add to a great day in the splendid Birds of Prey Park which is accessible for wheelchair users.DOGS:Dogs are allowed in the entire area. The e-bike charging station is located near by the "Ötztal Cycle Trail" and vis-á-vis the ÖTZTALEREI Café - Burgerbar - Eiswerkstatt.A small covered seating by the charging station or the Ötztalerei invites you to linger while the e-bike is charging.At the charging station you can charge all common e-bike batteries.

St. Vitus`Parish Church - Umhausen - Oldest church in the Ötztal ValleyThe parish church of Umhausen was built in 1220. Mainly Gothic building, renewed in 1682 by adding a northern steeple and a three-sided choir stall. High-quality interior, splendid fresco paintings in Gothic style (1st half of the 14th century), filigree high altar with neo-Gothic elements, countless Baroque figures. Splendid Gothic Pietà dating back to 1360. The adjacent Nepomuk Chapel was added in 1771, featuring fresco paintings by Josef Keil. Funerary chapel with arched entrance area. Small recesses in the graveyard walls, decorated with Rococo statue of Saint Vitus (dating back to 1770). Picturesque graveyard with beautiful crosses designed by the local artist blacksmiths. Precious Stations of the Cross and wayside shrines.
